The warm welcome upon arrival truly set a positive tone for our stay, and the host was incredibly helpful with local dining recommendations.

We encountered a bit of an issue with the hot water during our second morning, which might have been due to peak usage.

Lovely times in Skegness! 🌊😊

Brekkie was proper lekker, like fresh fruit and a full English, and the landlady sorted my wife’s needs perfectly so no cold meals. The owners are so friendly and always keen to help. loved the clean and comfy room.

Only downside was the mattress, bit lumpy, could use a topper.

We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights, especially when the hosts let us check in early after we arrived. There’s a cozy garden area and a nice sun terrace to relax on, making it perfect for unwinding. The shower was a little snug but didn’t put a damper on our great experience. 😊

Our Deluxe Family Suite was super comfortable and clean! The bedding was fresh and the decor was really pretty. The kids loved the space, and it was definitely a relief to check in early. The only downside was the shower pressure—it could've been a bit better. a nice stay!

We had a fab time! The fam room was super spacious and perfect for the kids—lots of room to play. Loved the picnic area for our snacks, and the staff were so friendly. Just wished the coffee at breakfast was a bit better, otherwise it was delicious!
